I didn’t begin this journey as a coach — I began as a woman stuck in survival mode. Learning to regulate my own nervous system changed everything: how I showed up in my relationships, how I trusted myself, and how I rebuilt steadiness inside my life.
 

Now, through training, lived experience, and certification, I guide mothers along that same path — from survival to regulation, from scattered to steady, from holding it all together to finally feeling held.
