I support Black mothers who feel stuck in survival mode — always “on,” holding it together on the outside while carrying the invisible weight of overwhelm, self-doubt, generational pressure, and emotional labor no one names.
 

You may look put together, capable, and strong — but inside, your nervous system is asking for something more: safety, clarity, and room to breathe.

MY LIFE’S STORY

As a wife and mother, my own seasons of survival shaped the heart of my work. I know what it feels like to look strong on the outside while carrying overwhelm, grief, and the weight of being “on” for everyone else.
 

Those experiences taught me the quiet power of regulation, presence, and resilience.
Now, I blend lived experience with nervous system science to help mothers reclaim calm, clarity, and connection — creating a legacy of emotional safety in their homes and within themselves.

In 3 months, you'll get personalized nervous system work tailored to YOUR triggers, YOUR family, YOUR life. So regulation becomes automatic rather than effortful. Payment plans available.

8-Week
Group Coaching

8 weeks | $480

For Black mothers with kids 2-12 who want to stop yelling and learn regulation tools in a community. In 8 weeks, you'll learn the 3 core regulation practices, practice with other Black mothers, and stop the daily yelling cycle. Next cohort starts June 24, 2025.
